The Dermal Micro Needling pen is a far better and safer method than the old traditional micro needling rollers because the tiny punctures needed are applied in an upright stamping configuration. Roller type needling instead of punctures causes tears as they are rolled forming elongated punctures (as seen in the image on this page) which are both severe and too traumatic resulting in complications and slower healing times.
